There are so many quick fixes. They are unfortunately temporary and some even alter your body! We are forgetting the real problem: addiction. Creating a new lifestyle is something "Institutional programs" have to learn to start teaching. We were approached to work with some of them and they saw our methods as being too time consuming to actually help people. They might be, but they work!
I have been there. Addicted, lost, scared and grasping for straws. There is no quick fix and no matter what, times passes. The daily choices we make, decide the path we are on; the same or a new healthier one. We all see this mountain we have to climb as steep and arduous...but everything is hard. You have to choose your hard. Is it hard living in pain? We constantly wish we could lose weight fast; we don't celebrate small victories, we focus on speed bumps rather than milestones.
Losing weight is fun. It's exciting! Everyday is new....something changes...your mind, your body and your life.
Now...does that sound hard? Something to think about. We got you. We can make things easier...not hard...like we think it is....just saying.
