Michel is what Downsize is all about. Mike has come a long way from the first class in September 2014. He is the first one to encourage and support his fellow members. His determination and commitment has pushed him to make the leap from member to trainer. He introduced "Mike's Kettle Bells" where members are jumping at the rare open spots. He has also started teaching Bri's 30/30 and Bootcamps, where you will find him motivating and supporting members to reach their fitness goals. We are so proud of of how far he has come, and very lucky to have him as part of our team.
